To see that wave washing away highly industrialized
Nippon efforts, so easily… so unstoppable, so determined, makes us think. The
world’s third economy’s production floating, drifting away like toys. When
Nature speaks nothing else counts and, recently, it has been talking often and
loud. Perhaps we should give it more attention and figure out a different aim
to our efforts. Global warming with all its consequences is just beginning to
show a profound universal change that is, in fact, taking place. Some see it.
Others call it an unnecessary fuss. Japan’s tragedy arrives to make a point at
a very high cost: industrialization hits a wall when Nature is concerned and
nature’s havoc cannot be denied these days. Perhaps a new global vision is required
for a world that is at the threshold of a turning point.
